Holiday gift idea: Freelance writing resources!
Buy these for a colleague or send the link to your grandma!
Hi writers!
As my grandma tells me every November, “You haven’t sent me your list yet!” Basically, she can’t wait to get her hands on what to buy me for Christmas. It’s really sweet, and I’m really thankful for her.
Usually, I can scrounge up a list to give her — gift cards to coffee shops I frequent, a pair of shoes I want, etc. — but at the same time, I feel as though I already have so much, or I can just buy what I need with my own money. If there’s anything I really want, it’s the practical stuff, like gas and grocery money.
So, I had the thought of gifting writing resources to help freelance writers with their work! People can either buy them for that colleague who’s given them alllll the editors’ emails this year, send to a family member who needs ideas on what to get them, or even as a self-love gift.
Also, I’ve been inspired by all the super great deals I’ve seen lately (I’m basically *making* money by buying them, right? #girlmath), so I’m offering a deal on the resources in my Ko-Fi shop. It may be the biggest deal I’ve offered yet, too: 50 percent off for the whole month of December.
You just need to type in this super creative coupon code: HAPPYHOLIDAYS. You can use it for as many of the resources as you’d like. This brings the cost of each item down to $1.50 (!!) to $12.50.
Here is a link to the shop, where you’ll find the following resources:
