Plus encouragement/advice from an author & a poll update!

Hi and happy Monday!

First, some encouragement/advice from an author whose debut novel has been out for a year now. The TikTok has lots of good stuff, especially if you compare yourself, are tempted to look at bad reviews/comments, etc. I also recommend reading the book she wrote!

Second, an update on the poll from last week. Most of you are experienced professional writers (some more experienced than me!), though a good chunk are also newbies. I’ll try to tailor my resources/encouragement/etc more to those populations as best as I can :) On that note, please let me know if there’s anything in particular you’re looking to see!
