If you're working on your resume tonight before applying to jobs this week, this is your reminder to remove passive language like "Responsible for" or "Duties Included". Opt for more POWERFUL action verbs. Need examples?
Can we normalize that all first drafts are bad? Stop judging your writing ability by the first thing you write. Editing and rewriting are crucial to the writing process. Just keep writing!
